Diagnose your leadership strengths, weaknesses and precise development needs based on feedback from your colleagues.
The Leadership Academy 360 Survey is a multi-rater feedback diagnostic. It offers a four directional rating of upwards, downwards, peer, and self-assessment, which provides you with a full circle view of your leadership strengths. The survey assesses 12 leadership competencies and the characteristics based on the Leadership Academy competency framework.
Upon completion of the survey, you will receive a detailed report indicating how you were rated based on the 12 leadership competencies that will outline your strengths and leadership development needs.
The report also recommends Leadership Academy content for you to focus on and how to customise your learning plan and priorities.
360 surveys are completed at the beginning and end of the program to measure development after 12 months.
The Leadership Academy will automatically create a 12 month schedule of content that focuses on your development priorities.
Your learning priorities
After setting your learning priorities the Leadership Academy will add relevant content to your development plan to be completed over 12 months. You can also add or remove content as you desire.
When enabled, coaches and administrators can also review your learning plan to ensure progress is being made and relevant content is selected.
For cohort and enterprise clients, Deloitte’s leadership experts are available to develop learning plans based on the results of recent performance reviews, 360 assessments and psychometrics analysis.
Events and webinars
Attend community events and monthly webinars to network and share ideas with other executives and emerging leaders.
Connect with other executives by attending events and build a network of peers, mentors and coaches. Events provide a real-time and interactive learning experience delivered in a more traditional lecture style.
